What's Happening at Southampton Psychiatric Associates | Winter 2011

Mindful (and Common Sense) Parenting – Margaret Sayers, Ph.D. has developed a workshop for parents of children ages 4 to 14 that focuses on integrating mindfulness principles into childrearing. The workshop is interactive and emphasizes skills practice. The first presentation of this workshop took place at The Swain School in Allentown in November, 2010. The workshop will also be presented on January 20, 2011 at Abington Quaker Meeting House in Jenkintown. This presentation is a fundraiser for the Northwest Philadelphia Interfaith Hospitality Network. Dr. Sayers is available to present Mindful (and Common Sense) Parenting to schools and community groups. Please contact her at 215.355.2011 x203 for more information.
